We use the highest quality materials and the finest workmanship — the thing that separates us from the large tract builders. Our buyers choose their own finishes at our design centers, so the house that gets built is genuinely theirs.
Because we take on a handful of homes at a time, you deal with the people actually building your house, not a sales office three counties away.
Why build with us
Licensed, bonded and insured in the State of Nevada. Our license carries a $3,000,000 monetary limit, which is the largest size of single job the state allows us to take on — so a home at this level is well inside it.
We don't build two-story tract homes and we don't do small lots. Every home we put up is one level on a half acre or better with an oversized RV garage designed in from the first drawing — not a bay tacked on at the end.
We take a handful of homes at a time. That means the person who answers the phone knows what happened on your lot this week, and you pick your own finishes rather than choosing from three packages.
